At the head of éclipse is Neil Oakshott. He has
worked for over 12 years as a Director, DOP, and Cameraman in both broadcast and non-broadcast production in both the UK and Canada.
He has worked as a DOP and/or editor on TV Documentaries for the National Film Board, has D.O.P’d on shoots for documentaries in Canada, Israel and India, and has also worked on numerous ENG shoots for Italy’s RAI. He is often hired by US and European companies needing a top-notch Canada-based cameraman, whether it be for OLN or EuroNews, Bravo or Global TV, Discovery Health Channel or Canal Vie.
Though he is the founder and operator of éclipse Productions, Neil has built around him a highly motivated and cohesive team of creative young professionals with a wide range of TV experience: from cameramen to editors to directors. éclipse is a tight-knit, multi-lingual team that delivers. |
